French Fried Dill Pickles

Ingredients

6 Large whole dill pickles
1/2 C Atkins bake mix
1/4 C Beer
1 T Cayeene pepper
1 T Paprika
Oil for deep frying
1 T Black pepper
1 t Salt
2 t Garlic powder
4 Dashes tabasco sauce

Directions

Cut dill pickles into slices about as thick as a silver dollar.



Mix the rest of the ingredients together.



Dip pickle slices into batter and quick fry at 375F degrees in oil until the pickle slices float to the top or about 4 minutes.
