Slice of the South Salad

Ingredients

2 (3 oz) packages sugar free raspberry jello
2 C Blackberries
1 C Pecans, chopped
TOPPING:

1 (8oz) Package cream cheese, softened
1/4 C Heavy cream, cold
1/2 C Splenda, granular
1 t Vanilla
2 C Heavy cream, whipped and sweetened to taste with splenda
Pecans, for garnish

Directions

Mix jello according to package directions. If berries are frozen, decrease cold water to 1/2 cup, add berries and nuts to jello and let chill until set.



TOPPING:



Mix cream cheese with 1/4 cup heavy cream, splenda, and vanilla; fold mixture into shipped cream.



Spread on jello and chill.



Sprinkle with pecans on top.
