Ingredients

DRESSING:

1 C Vegetable oil
1/4 C Vinegar
1/3 C Tomato sauce
1 T Splenda granular
1 Medium onion, grated
Salt to taste
SALAD:


Directions

1 lb Fresh spinach, washed, dried, and chilled

3/4 lb Fresh bean sprouts, rinsed, dried, and chilled

1 (8 oz) Can water chestnuts, sliced

2 Hard boiled eggs, chopped

1 lbs Bacon, cooked & crumbled

Mix dressing ingredients thoroughly and chill.



Toss spinach lightly with bean sprouts, water chestnuts, eggs, and bacon.
