Ingredients

2 (6 3/4 oz) Cans Hormel chunk ham
4 T Dill pickle relish
2 T Vinegar
2 T Splenda granular

4 T Mayonnaise
Lemon pepper seasoning to taste

Directions

Flake ham with fork and add all other ingredients and mix well.



Chill 3 hours.



Serve over a bed of spring greens.
