Almond Chicken Baked in Cream

Ingredients

1 Fryer, cut up
Almond flour
1 t Celery salt
1 t Paprika
1/2 t Curry powder
1/2 t Oregano
1/2 t Pepper
6 T Butter, melted
Sliced almonds
1 1/2 C Heavy cream
1/2 C Sour cream

Directions

Coat chicken with almond flour. Blend seasonings with melted butter and coat chicken.



Arrange chicken in single layer in baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with sliced almonds.



Pour cream between chicken pieces, and bake covered at 350F degrees for approximately 45 minutes.



Uncover and spoon 1/2 cup sauce into sour cream. Pour evenly over chicken sauce.



Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes longer.
