Chicken Rosemary

Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs Chicken breasts
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Medium onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic

1/2 Stick butter
Almond flour
1 t Rosemary
6 ozs Dry white wine
1/2 Pint heavy cream

Directions

Wash & dry chicken, sprinkle with salt & pepper.



Lightly brown onion and crushed garlic in butter in Dutch oven.



Add chicken, brown and dust both sides with almond flour and crushed rosemary.



Add wine and cook covered in a 300F degree oven for 45 minutes or until tender.



Remove chicken to serving platter.



Add cream to sauce, heat and pour over the chicken.
