Sesame Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

1 Egg, slightly beaten
1/2 C Water
3/4 t Salt
1/4 C Sesame seeds
1/2 C Almond flour
3 Whole, large, boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
Vegetable oil for deep frying

Directions

Mix egg, water, salt, sesame seeds and flour to make a batter; stir in chicken pieces.



Heat oil to medium.



Carefully add chicken pieces, 1 layer at a time, frying until golden, about 3 to 5 minutes on each side.



Drain on paper towels.




Additional Information

Should make about 50 nuggets, 10 per serving.
