Wiener Schnitzel

Ingredients

8 Veal chops or steaks
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
Almond flour

3 T Bacon drippings
Juice of 1 lemon
1 C Sour cream

Directions

Sprinkle veal with salt & pepper.



Dip into egg, then into almond flour.



Brown on both sides in bacon drippings.



Cover and cook slowly until meat is tender, about 1 hour.



Sprinkle with lemon juice and arrange on platter.



Add sour cream to bacon drippings and cook for 3 minutes, stir constantly. Season with salt and pepper.



Pour sauce over chops and serve.
