Ingredients

Curry powder 1 teaspoonful
Dry mustard 1 teaspoonful
Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoonful
Splenda 1 teaspoonful
Sea Salt 1 teaspoonful

De-boned chicken pieces*
One cube butter

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together and sprinkle over chicken pieces (skinned or skinless--whatever pieces you prefer).

Heat skillet to about medium (like you were going to make pancakes--remember pancakes? Those were the days m'friend, we thought they'd never end...)

Fry chicken in butter until golden brown and (of course) done...it should take about 10 minutes.

Additional Information

*We like the breasts, but you cook whatever pieces you prefer, just make sure the bone has been removed or it will take longer to cook.

Comments

Serve with broccoli and some lovely cole slaw made with cabbage, raddicio, and scallions and garnished with equal parts of oil, wine vinegar, and a couple teaspoons of Splenda.

Course, if your significant other is not on Atkins, serve white rice.
