Gingerbread with Nutmeg Whipped Cream

Ingredients

BREAD:

1 Package Atkins bread mix for Country White Bread

3 T Brown Sugar Twin
1 t Ground ginger
1 t Ground cinnamon
1 1/2 C Splenda
NUTMEG WHIPPED CREAM:

1/2 C Heavy cream
6 T Splenda
1/4 t Orange peel
1/4 t Vanilla
1/8 t Nutmeg

Directions

BREAD:



Follow instructions on bread mix, adding additional ingredients. Bake according to directions on package.



NUTMEG WHIPPED CREAM:



In a cold glass bowl add heavy cream, splenda, orange peel, vanilla, and nutmeg.



Use cold beaters to whip the cream mixture until soft peaks form. Serve with warm gingerbread.
