Pumpkin Pecan Bread with Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients

BREAD:

1 Atkins bread mix for country white bread

2/3 C Canned pumpkin (real pumpkin, not sweetened)
1/4 C Pecans, chopped
1 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Orange peel
1 1/2 C Splenda


PUMPKIN CREAM CHEESE SPREAD:

1 8 oz Package cream cheese, softened
1/2 C Canned pumpkin
1/4 C Splenda
3/4 t Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 t Vanilla

Directions

BREAD:



Prepare bread mix according to package instructions adding additional ingredients.



Bake according to package instructions.



PUMPKIN CREAM CHEESE SPREAD:



Beat all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
