Brown Sugar Bourbon Rib Eyes

Ingredients

4 8oz Rib eye steaks
1 C Brown sugar twin
2 C Bourbon
4 Garlic cloves, minced
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Season steaks with salt & pepper.



Place steaks in large deep dish.



Place about 1/4 C brown sugar twin on each steak, coating both sides.



Fill the dish with bourbon. Let the steaks sit overnight in the refrigerator in the marinade.



When you are ready to cook steaks you may BBQ them adding hickory chips to your grill. Or you may broil them in the oven.
