Sour Cream Meat Loaf

Ingredients

1 C Sour cream
4 Green onions, chopped
4 1/2 oz Jar Mushrooms, drained
2 lbs Ground chuck

1 1/2 C Crushed pork rinds
2 t Salt
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 Eggs
1/3 C Heavy cream

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees.



In a small bowl combine sour cream, onion, mushrooms.



In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients, mix well.



Shape meat mixture into long 4 inch wide rectangle in ungreased shallow baking dish.



Indent to make a 2 inch deep well, lengthwise down center of loaf.



Carefully spoon sour cream mixture into well.



Bake at 350F degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
