Vermont Pork Chops

Ingredients

1 C Tomato puree
1/4 t Splenda
1 C Sugar free Maple syrup
2/3 C Dry white wine
1/4 C Water
1 Beef bouillon cube
1 Bay leaf

4 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 t Ground ginger
3/4 t Thyme
1 1/2 t Basil
1/2 t Dry mustard
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
4 1 1/2" thick pork chops

Directions

In sauce pan combine all ingredients except pork chops. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stir occasionally.



Bake pork chops for 30 minutes at 375F degrees.



Pour sauce over pork chops.



Bake 20 minutes more, spooning sauce over chops every 5 minutes.
