Ghoul Ash on Moldy Rolls

Ingredients

1 C Butter
1 C Onions, chopped
3/4 C Green peppers, chopped
28 ozs Tomato sauce
1/2 C Cider vinegar
2 T Liquid smoke
4 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 C Brown sugar twin
2 t Dry mustard
3 Cloves garlice, minced
1 t Celery seed
2 t Chili powder
4 lbs Ground beef


MOLDY ROLLS:

1 Package Atkins Country white bread mix prepared according to package directions.

Green food coloring

Directions

GHOUL ASH:



Melt butter in saucepan. Add the onion and peppers and saute until crisp-tender. Add all other ingredients, except the beef. Cook for 15 minutes over low heat.



In another pan, brown the ground beef. Drain and add to the sauce.



Cook for 10 minutes.



Serve on the recipe for moldy rolls.



MOLDY ROLLS:



Prepare bread mix according to package instructions adding green food coloring a drop at a time until the desired shade of mold green has been reached.



Separate dough into 12 bun hamburger bun shapes.



Allow to rise according to directions.



Bake on greased cookie sheet until golden brown at 350 F degreens, about 20 to 30 minutes.
