Orange Meringue Ghosts

Ingredients

3 Egg whites
3/4 C Splenda granular
1/8 t Salt
1/8 t Cream of tartar

1/2 Small package orange sugar free jello

Directions

Preheat oven to 475 F degrees.



Cover 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil.



Beat egg whites until foamy. Add salt and cream of tartar.



Mix the orange jello and splenda together.



Add splenda mixture to the egg whites gradually a tablespoon at a time while beating.



Beat to stiff peaks.



Drop batter by teasponfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.



Shape mixture into ghost shapes (free form).



Place the baking sheets into the hot oven quickly. Close oven door and turn the oven off.



Leave the cookies in the oven overnight (at least 8 hours).



Store cookies in airtight container.
