Bats Wings

Ingredients

20 Chicken wings
1/2 C Soy sauce
2 t Grated fresh ginger or 1/2 t ground ginger

1/4 t Crushed red pepper
1 t Five spice powder
4 Garlic cloves, minced

Directions

Place wings in a plastic bag set in a shallow dish.



In a small bowl stir together soy sauce, ginger, red pepper, five spice powder and garlic.



Pour marinade over the chicken wings. Close the bag and toss to coat wings.



Chill in the refrigerator several house or better yet, overnight.



Remove wings from marinade, and reserve marinade.



Place wings on a foil lined 15 X 10 X 1 inch baking pan.



Bake uncovered at 450 F degrees for 10 minutes.



Brush wings with reserved marinade.



Bake 20 minutes longer or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.



Serve with swamp dip.

SWAMP DIP:



8 ozs Sour cream

3 T Stone ground mustard



Mix sour cream and mustard together. Garnish with chopped chives.
