Ingredients

2 lbs Ground beef
1 Egg, beaten
1 C Crushed pork rinds
1 T Tomato sauce
1 t Salt
1 t Garlic powder
1/4 t Black pepper

1/2 C Minced onion
26 ozs Pasta sauce
Vegetables for decoration, olives for eyes, carrot cut into nose shape, roasted red pepper strips for lips etc. Get creative!

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.

Using clean hands, in a large bowl mix together all ingredients except the pasta sauce.

To form the corpse:

In an ungreased baking pan, sculpt the meat mixture into a body (generally, bodies have a single head/torso, 2 legs, 2 arms but yours can have as many or as few as you like). Feel free to use other vegetables too.

Pour spaghetti sauce around the corpse and bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Right before serving, stick a dagger (knife) into the "heart" of the corpse as a garnish.
