Ingredients

1 10oz Package frozen chopped spinach
1 8 oz Cream cheese softened
1/2 Head iceberg lettuce
2 Carrots

2 Cucumbers
1 Tomato
8 Radishes
1 Large red onion

Directions

Prepare the chopped spinach according to package directions.

When finished cooking, drain water and squeeze spinach until very little water remains.

Melt cream cheese in microwave.

Add cream cheese to spinach and mix well.

Cool spinach mixture in refrigerator until cold, about 4 hours.

Wash the lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, and radishes in cold water. Pat lettuce dry with paper towels, tear into bite sized pieces and place in salad bowl. Peel carrots, cucumbers, and onion. Chope all vegetables and place into salad.

Pour the cooled spinach mixture (fungus) into the salad bowl and toss.
