Ingredients

1 Package Lipton onion/mushroom soup mix
Cream cheese, softened
1 .25 oz Envelope unflavored geletin, softened in 1/4 cup of water
1 Bunch green onions, chopped

3 lbs Cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped
1 C Mayonnaise
1 T Lemon juice
Tabasco or creole seasoning to taste

Directions

Heat soup, undiluted and mix in the cream cheese. Stir in the softened geletin and blend well.

Fold in the remaining ingredients and pour into a lightly oiled mold. Chill until firm unmold, place on bed of spinach leaves. Use a knife to make dip appear to look like a brain. Serve with pork rinds or vegetables.
