Ingredients

2 lbs Ground beef
1 C Crushed pork rinds
1 T Tomato sauce
1 Egg
1/4 t Pepper

1/2 T Oregano
7 ozs Green pimento stuffed olives
14 ozs Pasta sauce
1 lb Prepared spaghetti squash

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.

Mix the ground beef, pork rinds, tomato sauce, egg, pepper, and oregano in a large bowl.

Form meat mixture into about 18 eyeball-sized balls. Press and olive into each ball, pimento side out.

Place the eyeballs in a baking dish and bake for about 45 minutes, until no longer pink inside. Drain grease from baking dish.

Pour pasta sauce over eyeballs. Cook an additional 15 minutes.

While eyeballs and sauce are baking, prepare spaghetti squash.

When spaghetti squash is done transfer to a serving dish and toss with a little butter and salt to taste.

When eyeballs are done remove them from the oven and spoon onto the spaghetti squash, irises up. Spoon the pasta sauce around the eyeballs.
