NO CARB Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients

2 pieces of deli-sliced ham (I used Oscar Mayer)

1-2 eggs

Cheese

Pancho',s Hot Dip

Directions

With a little non-stick cooking spray, fry the 2 pieces of sandwich meat until they're a little golden and kind of crispy. Set them aside. Then, scramble the egg(s) and cook. When they're done, put half on one piece of meat and the rest on the other. Then, top with cheese. Nuke it for about 25 seconds. Then top it with some of the Pancho's Hot Dip.

Additional Information

Naturally, check the meat, cheese, and salsa carb count if you don't use the same ones I did (just to be safe)
