Apple Puff Pancake

Ingredients

2 tbsp butter
2 pkgs Splenda
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 med apple peeled & sliced very thin
Batter:
3 eggs
1/3 cup almond flour
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil (or melted butter)
2 more pkgs Splenda

Directions

Melt the 2 tbsp butter in a 9" glass pie pan, stir in 2 pkgs of Splenda, & cinnamon. Add the sliced apple, stir to coat. Bake in oven for 4 minutes.



Pour batter over the apple mixture, then bake at 450 F for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350 F and bake an additional 6 minutes.
