| Ingredients: |
1 C Almond flour, sifted 3/4 C Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 t Baking soda 1/4 t Salt 3/4 C Butter

1 1/2 C Brown sugar twin 3 Eggs 1 t Vanilla 1 C Unsalted peanuts, chopped 12 ozs Sugar free peanut butter |

Instructions: |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Sift, almond flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt onto wax paper.
Beat butter, brown sugar twin, eggs, and vanilla in a medium size bowl with electric mixer until fluffy.
Stir in dry ingredients; beat until smooth. Fold in 1/2 cup of the chopped nuts.
Pour into greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake in preheated oven (350~F) for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven to wire rack; Spread peanut butter evenly over brownies. Let stand about 5 minutes,
then spread evenly with a small metal spatula.
Sprinkle with remaining nuts, patting down gently.
Cool; cut into bars.
