| Ingredients: |
1 1/2 cup of fresh cut lettus 1/3 cup of diced tomato 1/3 cup of diced onion 1/3 cup of chopped olives 1/4 tbs of parsley 1/2 a cup of motzerella cheese. |
1/4 tbs of garlic powder a pinch of salt a pinch of pepper 1 lemon 1/2 cup of ham 2 tbs of olive oil 2 tbs of daisys sour cream |

Instructions: |
slice your lettus and place in a bowl, cut your lemon and sprinkle juice all over lettus and shake it a bit, for flavor. Next get a medium sized pan add olive oil and let warm over a medium flame.
Next add your diced onion, chopped olives, diced tomatoes, and let them sit for a minuite, in the mean time add salt, pepper, parsley, and garlic powder in pan. Slice up your ham and mozerella cheese and add to pan.once cheese is melted turn off your stove and pour it all on the lettus. add the 2 tbs of sourcream on top, and if you want add a bit more motzerella cheese on top. |

| get little bowls and add an equal amount on each one before adding sour cream that way it will feed more people and look great, once in their own bowl add the sourcream and a sprinkle of cheese and enjoy |
